neTV Privacy Policy Effective date: September 20, 2026 Publisher: Harvin Paul Privacy and support contact: paul.ankur@gmail.com Scope This policy covers the neTV apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Mac, and the publisher-operated demo and information pages at demo.tulane.casa. neTV is a player for a server you choose. It does not include a commercial television subscription. Information on your device The app stores your server address and last-played channel in its own local preferences. Apple's networking frameworks manage session cookies and may cache responses and artwork. The app does not intentionally save the password field in persistent storage; it sends your credentials to the server you select to sign in. Do not put passwords in a server address. The app writes operational diagnostics to the device's system log, including server endpoints, request timing, playback status and errors. These are not automatically uploaded to a separate developer analytics service. Avoid sending logs or screenshots containing credentials when asking for help. Your chosen server and content sources Signing in sends your username and password to your chosen server. Subsequent requests use its session cookie. The server receives guide and playback requests, channel identifiers and, for transcoded playback, buffering, throughput and playback-health measurements used to adjust quality and keep streams working. Network connections also disclose an IP address and ordinary request metadata to the receiving service. Artwork and direct media streams may come from hosts selected by your server. Those hosts receive the requests needed to display or play that content. If you use a server operated by someone else, its administrator and content providers control their own data handling, retention and deletion. The app does not send a copy of those requests to the publisher's demo server. Publisher-operated demo and website If you choose the demo server, the publisher operates that server and processes account identifiers, session information, requested channels, request times, playback performance and diagnostic logs to authenticate users, deliver the demo, troubleshoot problems and protect the service. These records can be associated with the account or session used, including the shared review account. Cloudflare provides the public connection to the demo and information pages. It processes IP addresses and request/security metadata to deliver and protect those services. Its handling is described at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDK and does not use cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking. If you contact support, the publisher receives your email address, message and any diagnostic information you choose to send, and uses them to handle your request. Apple handles App Store purchases under Apple's own privacy policy; the app does not receive your payment-card details. Retention and your choices Local preferences remain until you remove the app's stored data. Signing out clears the selected server's session cookies, but does not erase the saved server address, last-played channel, all framework caches or system logs. Deleting an app on Mac may leave its container/preferences behind. Demo playback buffers and session files are temporary and cleaned up by the server. Account configuration remains until removed by the operator. Operational logs are retained according to the server and Cloudflare logging settings, not for a promised fixed duration. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request and applicable obligations. For access, correction or deletion requests relating to publisher-operated services, contact paul.ankur@gmail.com. Do not include your password. For data on another person's server, contact that server's administrator. The publisher cannot remotely erase preferences or logs on your device. Connection security Use HTTPS whenever possible. To support user-managed servers, neTV also permits HTTP connections. HTTP does not encrypt your credentials, session or traffic in transit. Only use it on a network and with a server you trust. Updates Material changes to these practices will be reflected in an updated policy. The current published policy is available at: https://demo.tulane.casa/static/app/privacy.txt
